Fred H. Walti II
President & CEO
Mr. Walti is an expert in creating innovation ecosystems that drive economic development. Mr. Walti is currently the CEO of the Network for Global Innovation, a non-profit that connects scientists, entrepreneurs and investors with customers, policy makers, and other ecosystem stakeholders. NGIN’s mission is to slow climate change and build economic wealth at the same time — globally, in real time, and at scale.
Tom White
Chief Revenue Officer
Tom positions early-stage companies to scale for next-level growth. A skilled collaborator, he leads teams to create and communicate authentic stories for product and service innovations that attract customers and investors.
Kevin Braithwaite
VP, Acceleration
Kevin works closely with international agencies, governments, investors, corporations and universities to support emerging cleantech ventures around the world. He has supported the creation, launch and growth of accelerators, incubators, innovation challenges and competitions in both developed and developing economies across 6 continents.
Paulo de Rezende
VP, Investments
Paulo is developing partnerships and tools to bridge the funding gap between cleantech entrepreneurs and venture investors. Among other projects, he is working on the NGIN Index — an index comprising the 1,000+ portfolio companies of all NGIN members, so that investors can easily identify investment opportunities; and the NGIN Investment Platform — a platform that facilitates investments by US-accredited investors in global early stage cleantech startups.
Daniel Weil
Operations Director
Dan has worked alongside teams, decision-makers, and C-suite executives. His experience includes individuals, direct mail design companies, boutique design and ad agencies, web development companies, and start-up tech companies. Dan was part of the original LACI and NGIN teams. He works in specialties that include coaching high-achieving professionals individually and within organizations. He has also developed a transformative brand development program.
Chloe Soroquere
Senior Acceleration Trainer
Ms. Soroquere is an international training expert at NGIN and has been extensively involved in GCIP-Morocco since its launch. She has conducted numerous GCIP Academies and has provided support to GCIP alumni from Morocco and Pakistan.
Ashleigh Grindon
Intern
Ashleigh Grindon is an undergraduate senior at the University of Southern California majoring in International Relations (Global Business) and Political Economy, and works as a Research Assistant for the Keck School of Medicine. At USC, she is an executive director for honors society Alpha Lamda Delta, and President of a student organization called Democracy Watch. Ashleigh designed the website for Visual International Relations Project, which was launched at the International Studies Association 2022 Convention. This summer, she will be interning for the Centre for European Volunteering in Brussels Belgium, and attending the Summer Diplomatic Academy.
